The location of the project is a great, steep, rocky piece of land anchored between the Pacific Ocean and the Desert. It is also characterized by a wide and deep hollow of land that here arrives at see by a not much slope. The program includes a pier and a yacht club as well as 198 homes, 17 villas and their amenities such as three pools, a club house, a bar and two boardwalks. The project conceives the deep hollow as a great gorge turned green for common spaces. Houses, three residential prototypes, are located on the steep, rocky land and they are conceived as protrusions of rocky walls.
Il sito di progetto è una vasta porzione di territorio roccioso e ripido inserito tra l’Oceano Pacifico ed il Deserto. Queta area è anche caratterizzata da una vasta e profonda depressione del terreno che qui scende a mare tramite una leggera pendenza. Il programma prevede un molo, un club nautico, 198 case e 17 ville ed una serie di attrattive come tre piscine, una club house, un bar e due passeggiate lungo il mare. Il progetto concepisce la profonda depressione come una grande gola inverdita per gli spazi comuni mentre le residenze, tre prototipi, sono inserite sulle pareti ripide e rocciose e sono concepite come fossero porzioni aggettanti di queste.
