| The
house, located on top of a not much, great slope area just out
from the urban centre, is conceived as a hermetic box towards
the entrance while it is as a glass-box towards the country where
an existing trullo is utilized as a “dépendance”
for guests. The residence, just one level, accommodates a maximal
program - three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining
rooms with additional spaces - by a minimal formal gesture. The
lower level is characterized by a little wine-storage. |

casa, situata sulla parte alta di un vasto lotto poco pendente
appena fuori dal centro abitato, è concepita come una scatola
ermetica sul lato di ingresso ed assolutamente aperta verso l’area
di lotto dove un trullo esistente è utilizzato come dépendance
per gli ospiti. La residenza, unico livello, soddisfa un programma
massimo - 2 bagni, 3 camere da letto, un’area giorno_pranzo,cucina,
area lavanderia - attraverso un gesto formale minimo. Al piano
interrato una piccola cantina completa l’opera. |
